Strength is the foundation for a healthy life. Strength creates power and speed while also burning more calories and making life easier.

What we use

Barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, dumbbells, suspension trainers, and Freemotion and Keiser machines.

We also have a number of balance and flexibility tools as well as cardiovascular equipment to provide an all-encompassing training facility.

What We Offer

Personal training, small group training, group fitness training, Olympic weightlifting coaching, sport performance training, and cardio-boxing.
