Strength Lab's owner, Jason Thomas, began his career in sports performance and has developed successful training programs for team, endurance, and power sports. He has guided individuals to new levels of athletic performance by using evidence-based research to produce results specific to needs of the athlete.

Performance variables like maximum power, rapid deceleration, and top end speed all have a common foundation of strength. At Strength Lab, we develop that base sport-specific strength and then enhance an athlete's movement mechanics to produce profound results.
