Jason Thomas, MS, CSCS

Jason is the founder and director of all group training at Strength Lab. Currently completing his PhD in Exercise Physiology, Jason is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a USA Weightlifting Advanced Sports Performance Coach. He conducts personal training, small group training, Group Ex classes, and is the head coach for Team Atlanta Weightlifting .He completed his Masters thesis relative to ACL injury and rehabilitation, and specializes in post physical therapy return to sport for various injuries .

A.J. Mastin

AJ is a certified personal trainer at Strength Lab. With a background in collegiate basketball (Univeristy of Tennessee at Chattanooga), A.J. applies sports performance principles for personal training and small group training sessions. He also assists with the Group Ex and MGX programs as well as teaches individual basektball skills sessions. Aside from having the highest vertical jump at the gym, A.J has also competed in the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament...has your trainer scored a basket on national television?

Jamar Kent

The youngest (and fastest) member of the Strength team, Jamar has a degree in Exercise Science and conducts personal training, Group Ex Saturday, and MGX sessions at Strength Lab. He played D1 football and implements sound strength and conditioning principles with all clients to achieve maximum results. He is also a rabid Auburn Tigers fan...you know that guy that puts flags on his car...yep that's him.
