Strength Lab is a private strength training facility with a variety of tools and equipment allowing for diverse styles of strength training. Whether you are just starting your strength and fitness journey or are an experienced lifter, the facility has all of the equipment you need.
The facility is equipped with over 20 different barbells, two trap bars, over 2500 pounds of training bumper plates, four benches, four stability balls, over twenty-eight kettlebells, select Freemotion machines, a variety of tubing/bands, and a wide selection of balance and mobility tools.
Training at Strength Lab is different. Individualized Strength Training combines group strength training and personal training. Every client receives coaching, program design, and exercise selection according to each's unique goals and abilities. Sessions are often completed with 2 to 4 other members under the direction and oversight of an experienced strength coach. The coach provides technical coaching, spotting, feedback and variation for workouts to all members training at the same time.
