The Junior Strength Training Program (JSTP) is an on-going strength program designed for the needs and goals of individuals age 13 -21. Comprised of a variety of athletes and non-athletes, the JSTP teaches the fundamentals of resistance training with appropriate progressions over the timeline for training.
Each athlete receives individualized program design and exercise selection depending on their unique goals as well as attentive coaching to ensure proper technique and completion of movements.

The Fall 2024 schedule for the JSTP will be: Monday Through Thursday from 5:15 PM until 6:30 PM. Cost of the program is $150 per month.
