Strength Lab's annual New Year clinic to provide novice and inexperienced adults (over 35 years old) the opportunity to learn proper resistance training technique in a small group setting of only 4 people. Participants also receive a 4 week online remote training program.
Designed for junior athletes between 13 and 17 years old (and engaged parents), this program introduces and reinforces proper sports performance training. Concepts such as resistance training technique, plyometrics, mobility, and recovery are discussed to help developing athletes take ownership of their personal performance and health.

Memberships provide up to a 40% discount on normal standard session rates. All memberships include access to the facility, professional training program design, in-person experienced coaching, nutritional counseling, and regular strength and mobility assessments to help you reach your goals!
Receive multiple weekly workouts with updates according to your feedback to the coach. All workouts delivered via a complimentary app.

Private 1 on 1 training session. No other members present for the training session. Subject to availability and scheduling
One hour mobility, strength, and postural assessment to determine readiness for future training. Consultation includes time to discuss training and nutritional strategies. Complimentary with any Single Month program or Membership (below).
Unused weekly sessions for memberships must be completed within two weeks of the missed session or are otherwise forfeited. For planned absences, sessions made be completed prior to the absence. No refunds are given for any unused portion of a Membership, Junior Training or Single Month program. Single sessions are paid for at the time of the session.
