One hour mobility, strength, and postural assessment to determine readiness for future training. Consultation includes time to discuss training and nutritional strategies. Complimentary with any Single Month program or Membership (below).
Memberships provide up to a 40% discount on normal standard session rates. All memberships include access to the facility, professional training program design, in-person experienced coaching, nutritional counseling, and regular strength and mobility assessments to help you reach your goals! An additional 10% monthly discount for 6-month commitments.

Choose from a variety of pre-designed general workout programs based on your goals and abilities. 8 Weeks of workouts and access to a digital app for delivery. These programs are for independent training outside of Strength Lab.
3 weekly unique workouts to complete at home or another facility. Workouts can be designed to be gym, home, or field-based. Workouts are delivered digitally by complimentary app.
Up to 5 weekly unique workouts to complete at home or another facility. Workouts can be designed to be gym, home, or field-based. Biweekly 15 minute Zoom call progress checks with owner. Workouts are delivered digitally by complimentary app.
45-minute Online Meeting and Basic Movement Assessment with a certified strength and conditioning professional. Highly suggested for new Online-Remote clients with limited to no prior training experience.
Unused weekly sessions for memberships must be completed within two weeks of the missed session or are otherwise forfeited. For planned absences, sessions made be completed prior to the absence. No refunds are given for any unused portion of a Membership, Junior Training or Single Month program. Single sessions are paid for at the time of the session.
